Harry Potter Birthday

Recently we had an opportunity to make a Birthday Cake for our friend. It was a Harry Potter themed party so we had to put our heads together. So we made a three tier cake. The bottom tier was made up of the 4 colors of houses from Hogwarts. The middle round tier was made to look like books. So we made different names for the books to match Harry Potter and Hogwarts. The top tier had the Harry Potter and Hogwarts Logos on it, with the Golden Snitch on top. There were 4 flavors for the whole cake. Flavors were Bottom was Chocolate with Butter creme frosting, the middle tier was pumpkin spice cake and white chocolate raspberry field cake. The top tier was a carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. The entire cake was covered in fondant.
